Web Subscription Service Contract

This Web Subscription Service Contract (the "Contract") is made effective as of date of form submission, by and between Nuhouse Design ("Provider") and The Client.

1. Services Provided

Nuhouse Design agrees to provide the Client with web design and maintenance services as described in the relevant package detail.

2. Term

The initial term of this Contract shall be for twelve (12) months. After the Initial Term, this Contract shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current term.

3. Payment

Client agrees to pay Nuhouse Design a subscription fee of the package cost every month for the duration of the Initial Term, due on the first day of each month. After the Initial Term, the monthly fee shall remain the same unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Ownership of Content

All content created by Nuhouse Design during the term of this Contract, including but not limited to web pages, graphics, text, and code (the "Content"), shall be owned by Nuhouse Design. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Content for the duration of this Contract.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon termination of this Contract, Nuhouse Design retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content. The Client agrees to cease using the Content upon termination of this Contract.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party during the term of this Contract. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Contract.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract for cause if the other party breaches any material term of this Contract and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice of the breach. Upon termination, the Client shall pay Nuhouse Design for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
